Bellefonte Intervalley Area Chamber of Commerce

The Chamber is organized to promote the economic benefit of our members and the development of business in the Bellefonte Intervalley area.

The Bellefonte Intervalley Area Chamber of Commerce offers a multitude of benefits to our members, including:
  • Group Health Insurance - offered through our affiliation with the PA Chamber of Business and Industry, health insurance is available to sole proprietor businesses and businesses with up to and including 99 employees. Coverage can be designed to suite individual employee needs, including optional dental, vision, voluntary short-term disability and long-term plans. Details are available from Chamber staff.
  • Flyer Distribution - you can include your flyer in our bi-monthly newsletter - you supply the copies and we'll do the rest!
  • Chamber Directory - you will receive a free listing in our annual directory which will be widely distributed throughout Centre County.
  • Brochure Distribution - as a member, you are entitled to place brochures on the brochure racks in the Visitors Center located in the Train Station. With the ever-increasing number of visitors stopping by for information, this is a great way to get the word out about your business!
  • Web Site - you will receive a free listing on our web site and will have the opportunity to receive special rates for your own web site development and advertising.
  • Networking Opportunities - monthly events offer members the opportunity to network with other members, learn more about issues important to the business community, and have fun!
  • Business After Hours - offers members the opportunity to showcase their business by hosting a "Business After Hours" for members and invited guests.
  • "Members First" - this policy enhances the exposure of your business to individuals and businesses making inquiry to the Chamber staff.
  • Special Rates - as a member, you will receive special rates on the purchase of the membership mailing list and certificates of origin.
  • Advocacy - we provide advocacy and whenever appropriate develop policy statements that reflect a "pro-business" position.
